The more detail you give us up front, the faster we can help:
Subject line: "Bug: <short description>". Include the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Subject line: "Feature request: <idea>". Tell us the problem you're trying to solve — sometimes there's already a way to do it, and if not, your request goes straight into our backlog.
If you were charged but the app still shows Free, first try Profile → Refresh subscription status. If that doesn't help, email us with the Google Play order ID (you'll find it in your Google Play purchase history).
For refund requests, please contact Google Play Support directly — they handle all payments.
You can delete your account directly from inside the app. See the account deletion page for step-by-step instructions, or email us if you can no longer sign in.
