Maintra is an AI-powered vehicle maintenance tracker. You log your vehicles, service records, and fuel-ups; Maintra generates a personalized maintenance plan so you never miss a service interval.
Yes — the core features are free forever. You can track one vehicle, log unlimited service records and fuel-ups, and generate 1 AI maintenance plan per month on the free tier. Pro and VIP subscriptions unlock more vehicles, more AI generations, and advanced features like the AI chat assistant and receipt parsing.
Android only, for now. We're available on the Google Play Store.
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device, so you can add and view records without an internet connection. Changes sync back to our servers as soon as you're online again. AI features (plan generation, chat, receipt parsing) require an internet connection.
English, Ukrainian, Polish, French, Italian, and Spanish. The app automatically picks up your device language and can be changed manually in Profile → Language & Region.
Open the app and sign up with your email address or with your Google account. That's it — no credit card required.
Yes. Open any vehicle, tap the menu, and choose Export as PDF. You'll get a complete service history document you can save or share.

We share the minimum necessary data with our backend provider (Supabase), our AI provider (Anthropic, to generate maintenance plans), and payment providers (Google Play, RevenueCat). We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not use tracking analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. Maintra does not collect your location, does not use GPS, and does not track you in any way.
When you tap "Generate Plan" on a vehicle, we send your vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, fuel type, VIN, and service history summary) to Anthropic's Claude AI, which returns a personalized list of upcoming maintenance items with intervals and priorities. Responses typically take 10–30 seconds.
Claude is a general-purpose AI and its maintenance suggestions are based on typical intervals for your vehicle type. It may occasionally miss manufacturer-specific quirks or make minor errors. Always cross-check with your owner's manual or a qualified mechanic before performing (or skipping) any maintenance.
Counters reset 30 days after your first AI generation.
VIP subscribers can chat with a vehicle-aware AI assistant that has context about their specific vehicle. Ask it about maintenance questions, diagnostic help, or part recommendations.
Profile → Upgrade, or tap the Pro/VIP prompt when you hit a free-tier limit. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play.
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Maintra → Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Google Play. See Google's refund policy.
Go to Profile → Refresh subscription status. If that doesn't work, restart the app. Still stuck? Contact us.
Check your internet connection. If you see an offline banner at the top of the app, reconnect and the app will sync automatically. You can also force a sync by pulling down to refresh on any list screen.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link.
